1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, membership platform (MemberPress), and any training modules or materials provided through the website or our our Discord community.

1.2 By using our website or accessing any training materials hosted on MemberPress or Discord, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full; if you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof, you must not use our website or training platform.

1.3 If you access any training materials or modules, complete any training hosted on MemberPress, or submit any personal details, you will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions expressly.

2. Membership and Training Content

2.1 Access to training modules, materials, and member-only content is managed via MemberPress, which stores member data and tracks your participation in training.

2.2 All training materials, resources, and other content available to members are the intellectual property of The Better Content Club.

2.3 Membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access training materials for your personal use only.

2.4 Members are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing login credentials or account access to MemberPress or our Discord Community with any other person.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly sharing any training modules, content, or materials without prior written permission from The Better Content Club.
• Using any part of the content or materials for commercial purposes or unauthorised training outside of the membership agreement.

2.5 Any member found to have shared training content or materials with non-members or outside the terms of this agreement risks having their membership revoked without refund. Further, The Better Content Club reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages or breach of copyright.

3. MemberPress Platform Use

3.1 All membership data, including training progress, is securely stored and managed via MemberPress. By signing up, you agree to the collection, storage, and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and MemberPress’s data security standards.

3.2 You must ensure that your account information on MemberPress, including your email address and payment details, is accurate and kept up-to-date.

3.3 MemberPress tracks your activity to monitor training completion and ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. This information is only used for administrative purposes and to improve the user experience.

3.4 The Better Content Club reserves the right to revoke access to MemberPress and its associated content if a breach of these Terms and Conditions is detected.

4. Copyright Notice

4.2 Subject to the express provisions of these Terms and Conditions:

(a) The Better Content Club and its licensors own and control all copyright and other intellectual property rights in its training modules, website, and materials hosted on MemberPress and in the Discord community.
(b) All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Discord community,  website, MemberPress platform, and materials are reserved.

5. Misuse of Website or Community Platform

5.1 You must not:

• Share access credentials or attempt to bypass access controls on MemberPress, the website or Discord.
• Use the training platform or community channel to host, share, or store illegal or harmful materials.
• Reproduce, scrape, or extract training content or data stored on the website, MemberPress or Discord without explicit written permission.

6. Breaches of Terms and Conditions

6.1 If you breach these Terms and Conditions or if we reasonably suspect you have breached them, we may:

(a) Send you one or more formal warnings.
(b) Suspend your access to the Discord, MemberPress platform and associated content.
(c) Revoke your membership permanently without a refund.
(d) Block your IP address and access to the website.
(e) Pursue legal action, including seeking damages for unauthorised use of content.

6.2 If your membership is revoked for breach of these Terms and Conditions, you will forfeit all access to training progress, modules, and other member-only content.

7. Updates to Terms and Conditions

7.1 We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

7.2 If any updates affect your use of Discord or MemberPress, we will notify you, and your continued use of the platform will signify acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

8.2 Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions, MemberPress usage, or membership services shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and the United Kingdom.
