1.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers who access training modules, membership content, and services via MemberPress or participate in our Discord community.

2.1 Membership is non-refundable.
2.2 For annual memberships paid monthly, you agree to fulfill all payments due for the 12-month membership period. If you are struggling to make payments, please contact us at hello@reh.tqe.mybluehost.me/website_0277c721 to discuss possible arrangements.
2.3 Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and your personal data is managed in compliance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
2.4 Access to training modules, hosted on MemberPress, is included in your membership.
2.5 Subscriptions are auto-renewed on a monthly or annual basis. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you’ll need to log in to your subscriptions page and turn off automatic renewal.
3.1 All training materials, content, and resources provided through The Better Content Club (via MemberPress or otherwise) are the exclusive property of Prowl Digital

4.1 Our Discord community is moderated during core working hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM
4.2 Reports of misuse can be made via hello@reh.tqe.mybluehost.me/website_0277c721 or messaging a moderator with a screenshot or evidence of misuse. Reports will be reviewed and acted upon promptly during the next moderation window.
4.3 By participating in the Discord community, you agree to follow our community guidelines, which are available in the Community Policy.
4.4 Violations of community rules may result in suspension or termination of access to the Discord server and your membership.
5.1 Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM.
5.2 Moderation and support will not be available on bank holidays observed in England or during skeleton support periods over Christmas. Closure dates will be announced via our emails, in the Discord community and when needed on our website.
